Labels help identify things.

Putting like things together helps your organize.

It can help make the right choice.

It can make finding an item fast and easy.

Putting like items together keeps life neat and organized!

 Don't label people.

 Everyone is unique.

  1. You're right; labels are very useful except when it comes to people. *Sigh* If only the whole of society would listen to that.

  2. I don't label much stuff, but I have a habit for creating tons of folders and sub folders on my computer to keep everything filed and appropriately labeled.

  3. Good point on not labelling people... truly... but I'm mesmerized by the collection of belly button lint.

  4. Beautiful post - very true. Everything is useful where is belongs, but labels don't belong on people.

  5. That's right! Or you might end up under a second degree murder charge for killing a young black kid in a hoodie because he looked like he might be up to no good. Great message!

  7. I love those jars with the mini-chalkboards on the side. Wish I had some.

You're right about people though, we need to remember not to label each other, that the label is never going to quite fit.
